Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
The answer basically is no -- because HP does not provide Win7 drivers for the hardware in the newer Win10 PCs. This means if you do install Win7, you will be stuck with the generic drivers that MS provides and if anything does not work, you're goijng to remain that way indefinitely -- as the drivers you would need to correct that are not being written by HP.
Also, you should look into installing Classic Shell -- which will then turn your desktop into something much like what you are familiar with with Win7. So, instead of a bunch of Tiles, you will have a real start menu.
You can get that from here: http://www.classicshell.net/
Good Luck
