Product: Hp stream 11
Help! My grandma gave me her HP stream 11 laptop. She's only had it for a few months, but somehow managed ringer herself locked out of it. When it starts it takes you to the login screen. When you put the password in it says "you can't log into your of right now. Go to account .live.com to fix the problem, or try the last password you used on this pc." I tried all of her known passwords, and still was unable to get into it. I then decided to just factory restore the of, however, none of the ways I've tried are working. I've tried holding the down volume button and the power button, hitting f11, hitting escape, just holding the power button for 15 seconds, and any other way I could think of. None of these ways work. The pc always starts the same way and takes me to the login screen, where it displays the same message. Please help!!
