Product: HP Pavillion G7 1167dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am unable to reactivate windows due to the sustandard quality of OEM Key Labels HP uses.  I have seen laptops that are far older than mine with labels that are still legible from other companies.  I want a key, telling me to use recovery disks or buy a new key are not gonna be acceptable answers for me.

 

I did not use a substandard sticker on my product, nor was I too lazy (nor was I lacking the foresight) to keep a record of these keys.  It is irresponsible to ask your customers to repay for something they already paid for.
