Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I cannot burn mp3 files to cd. It worked fine a few weeks ago but not now. It will burn a data cd however. I have been using WMP but have also tried realplayer and itunes but they do not work either. I've tried just about every fix that I can think of/read about. Update drivers, slow down speed, reinstall WMP etc. I keep getting an error message of: Windows Media Player cannot burn the files. If the burner is busy, wait for the current task to finish. If necessary, verify that the burner is connected properly and that you have installed the latest device driver.

I tried all restore points too but got error message of

System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer's file system files and settings were not changed.

Details:

System restore failed to extract the file C:\Windows\servicing\Pack\Microsoft-Windows-MediaPlayer-Package-base.....from the restore point.

The restore point was damaged or was deleted during the restore.

System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer's file system files and settings were not changed.

I also tried a complete reinstall of Windows 10 and still get WMP error message.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
