Ayo, I've plugged in the charger but it's not charging ang it's still on 1% and whenever I unplug the charger the computer shut offs ^^" How can I fix this and I start nursing school next month ! HELP !!

Hi,
When you place the charger does the charging LED come on.
Try performing a power reset and see if it helps

It sounds like a battery problem, you could perform diagnostics on the battery and see if there is a hardware failure

In that case you would need to replace the battery
