Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently bought recovery disks from HP. I wanted to reset the PC but while booting from recovery disk, it shows that some part is missing or "you don't have the required disk, contact administrator". Please help me with this

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to make sure you change the BIOS setting to allow the PC to boot from a DVD.
