Product: HP PAVILION X2 NOTEBOOK
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Wife hooked into unsecured WiFi while on travel.
System now asks for Admin or Power Up password.
Eventually comes up with "DISABLE CODE 55446543"
Is the notebook trashed or is it fixable?

That got me to the HP logo on the screen.
Rebooted again and hit ESC. Tried to reset system but it said there was a problem and connot reset.
Am currently running system diagnostic.
Is there a chance the system got wiped out?
