Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a black screen with a blue box asking for the Administrator Code or Password code. The diabled code is 53439260. Can you help?

I entered the code. The screen is now blank. Is that right?

Hi:

 

If you got past the enter power on password section with the code and you get nothing thereafter, unfortunately, I don't know what the problem would be.

 

You should be able to get into the BIOS by tapping the ESC key and then selecting the F10 System Setup menu, or the PC should have booted to the Windows logon screen.
