Salve,

ho comprato il mio computer circa 5 mesi fa, e dopo a malapena un mese dall'acquisto ha subito iniziato a rallentare progressivamente; all'inizio non ho fatto caso a questo fenomeno, e per un mese ho continuato a lavorare normalmente, poi mi sono accorto, tenendo d'occhio la gestione attività, che il consumo del disco dopo aver acceso il computer cresceva esponenzialmente fino a fissarsi sul 100%.

Ho quindi crecato di trovare delle soluzioni al problema e ho scoperto essere causato in una percentuale dal 50 al 70% da un processo di sistema (NTOSKRNL.EXE), non modificabile o comunque necessario per il funzionamento del computer.

Ho allora seguito centinaia di forum su internet sull'argomento e ho provato tutte le possibili operazioni di controllo malware e virus, di disattivazione di particolari servizi (windows search, superfetch,ecc) e di molte altre tipologie.

Non sono riuscito però a risolvere nulla, e oramai il mio computer (ripeto in mio possesso da neanche 5 mesi e con questo problema sin da subito) sta diventando praticamente inutilizzabile e inziare a bloccarsi ogni due secondi.

Vorrei sapere secondo la garanzia del prodotto quali sono le possibilità che ho e quindi come posso agire per poter avere il computer funzionante per cui ho speso una non bassa cifra.

Se sapete a cosa è dovuto questo problema e come risolverlo ringrazio anticipatamente per l'aiuto, ma al tempo stesso vorrei far notare anche come il mio computer sia praticamente inutilizzabile dopo neanche 5 mesi dall'acquisto e anche risolvendo il problema il disco e il computer in generale è totalmente impallato e rovinato, quindi se fosse possibile preferirei cambiarlo con uno che valga i soldi che ho pagato.

 

P.S. Prima che mi venga chiesto, ho gia provato a riavviare il computer con solo le funzionalistà di sistema (senza i vari programmi) e il problema sussiste quindi non dipende da qualche programma installato.
