Dear all,
Good day,
The system model indicated on the product description on the HP website is not the same as the one written on the system information. Surprisingly, the SKU and the serial number on the website and those on the system information match perfectly. Additionally, on the system information, it is written "Locale: United States" while the computer has been purchased in Tanzania, East Africa.
Please, help!

What is your Pavilion 15-cs0xxx EXACTLY xxx can be from 000 to 999 therefore the series can have hundreds of different models/products and the specs should match your order, no fake. Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108
For security reason, please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n) on Internet.
Regards.

Thanks, Banhien
In fact, I used the same methods/link you have posted here to look for the information I have presented in my first post. In the computer information system, they use the one with XXX. Why some numbers are hidden? This is what makes me worried
