I don't know my password and can't recover or reset. Unable to get boot menu

What password you need exactly - please clarify ?  Is this re. BIOS login password or startup password ?

Or this is re. Windows account login screen ?

If this is re. to BIOS login or BIOS startup password, do you see a system disabled code ? Can you try to type a password incorrect three times, hit [ENTER] and you will probably get a system disabled/halted code ? Can you post this code back ?
