I created the DVD 4 disc recovery

I go to factory reset

[X] Reformatting the Windows partition of your hard drive

[X] Copying files required to restore the hard drive

[ ] Restoring files to the hard drive

Progress 0 %

Estimated time 20 mins

Please wait...

.........

And eventually I get a response

And then it fails

I never wrote down my serial number so this is the only way I can restore windows 10
