Product: Energy Star HP x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HWhen ever I turn on my laptop it goes to the HP logo and it doesn't load at all then the screen turns black and restart at the HP logo again. I don't know that to do.

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.


As I understand the HP x360 isn't booting into the desktop screen, instead it loads to the HP Logo followed by a black screen and remains on a loop,

Don't worry, we'll take care of this together 😉

 

Although, I need a few details to provide an accurate solution:

Was any update/reset process interrupted, recently?

When was the last time it worked (date)? 

Is there an error message that appears on the screen or just the logo?

 

In the meantime, please attempt the below steps:

Perform a hard reset

 

Attempt a BIOS recovery

you could attempt to access the safe mode: click here for details.
