Hello, my computer is asking for the administrator password or Power on password. I do not have either one. System disabled code is 63398455

I done that. Now, the message is reading;
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired.
The Boot configuration Data file is missing some required information. I do not have a recovery disk or USB. What can I try next???
