My notebook keeps reloading the hp blue circle loading screen, since I reset the pc and it failed.I read a post that had a similar situation and they said to put it in safe mode, then do a clean boot. So how do I do it on my pc?

Hi@Domrawlings,

Thank you for your inquiry. I will do my best to help. What is your precise model of Stream 14 notebook? HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?

I grasp that after attempting a reset that failed when you start your notebook it  continuously loops to the blue loading screen. After reading some posts and would like to know how to boot into safe mode and do a clean boot. Here is a link to guide you to booting into safe mode.
