Product: product # F9H60UA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
I turn my laptop on and it starts updating. It stops updating at 87% and shows me Error: C0000022 applying update operation 90587 of 102804 (\regi\me...) Then immediately shows Fatal Error: C0000022 applying update operation 90587 of 102804 (\regi...). After about 15-20 minutes the screen turns dark. Can not do anything after that. Turn power off then on and the process repeats itself.
