Product: Folio 13-2000

hi i have a HP Folio 13-2000 and its asked me for a administration password which ive forgotton and i keep getting System Disabled 74235683 can someone please help me with my issue as im wanting to wipe it as i had a virus and it went very slow so want to restore it back to new thanks in advance 🙂

Hi thanks for that mate it did work but it keeps asking for my Bitlocker recovery key now and won't let me do anything else?

Regarding Bitlocker issue, the only help I can suggest for this would be to see if you can access a recovery key - see the following link.
