Product: HP Pavilion x360 13-u063na

Hi I have a virus on my laptop and now can't remember my password.

Online it says I need a sub flash drive to reset the password, is there any other way I can reset it?

You needed to have created the USB drive BEFORE you forgot the password; you can not create it now.

 

You should have written it down -- as we have no way of accessing or recovering it, nor do you NOW.

 

I wish we could help you -- but we're not allowed to, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.
