Product: Gateway Core I3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Gateway Recovery Manager hangs at the end of the 3rd DVD. It's at 100% with Restoring and 99% with Updating. It has sat there for about 5 hours. I can't remake the DVD's on Memorex, cause I don't have access to Windows. My update to Windows 10 had issues and I couldn't get back to Windows 10, so I am trying to Restore Windows 7. 

 

If I copy the Recovery files from Memorex to Maxell, will that work to Recovery? If not, How do I get the OS back?

Your best bet may be to order a set of factory recovery disks.
