HP Envy 15

I had to perform a System Restore (I tried to do a Windows Refresh but I got errors and I could not proceed), with my utmost disappointment now I find again the much hated Windows 8.1 factory OS.

Is there any way to reinstall Windows 10 (I had upgraded within the deadline terms of 29 July 2016)?

Hi,

If you registered to Windows 10 before July release ends and performed a FACTORY  RESET, Microsoft servers will remember your registration and you will definitely get an update to upgrade it again. You just have to wait 🙂
