Product: HP Pavilion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like revert to W8.1 from W10 Free upgrade. Can I use the system image using a new 64 gb usb stick I made at the start of activating this PC when it was new (May 2015).  Lots of problems with W10 & we don't like it anyway. If so could someone tell me the steps to follow please. We would be forever grateful.     Twojays.

You can use recovery USB you might have created after first set up:

Thank you very much Visruth. There are so many faults & problems with W10 (free upgrade) I can't list them all,  not very good at typing. Will post you when i make the change.  Once again thank you very much. Twojays.
