HELP FOR MY LAPTOP'S HANG AND LAGS

HI,

I AM SHAIK AND I REALLY NEED HELP REGARDING MY PROBLEM. MY LAPTOP LAG'S  ALOT. AND WHEN I SAW MY PERFORMANCE OF MY CPU I WAS SHOCKED IT WAS 5% IT WORKS SO SLOW AND WHEN I DO SOMETHINGS MY FPS IS 60 AND EVERY TIME I OPEN AN APP IT SHOWS NOT RESPONDING AND DOES NOT WORK. MY LAPTOP'S THINGS I KNOW:-

It only has  4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) and  1 TB 5400 rpm SATA.  Two main reasons make it slow is RAM (too small) and HDD (too slow).

RAM is too small therefore system have to use slow HDD for paging/swapping and HDD itself has to spin to death. First thing you can do: upgrade RAM to  16GB (max) using

After that, you can upgrade HDD to faster SSD using 2.5" SATA SSD from
