Cannot locate SM Bus  Controllerdriver for HP 15-f009ca Notebook PC  ?? I know the experts here are amazing love any help you can give me on this one,

Paul sadly i responed too soon!! Attempted to install the driver from the link and I am getting an error that the system does not meet minimum requirements for the driver. When I clicked the link its states the driver is for both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows 7 but when I download and execute the file i notice it only lists the 32 bit version as the version that driver is for?? Wondering if thats the issue or if I am into something else?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You're very welcome.

That is interesting about the driver file.

Try the 64 bit only file (which when you look at the folder contents it contains the 32 bit files too).

Thanks again Paul its now working. The issue was that I had just completed a new install of windows 7 64 bit and there were four important updates that I had missed. Finished the updates rebooted and installed the driver without an issue.
