Hi
the first Issue : I have a n issue with all windows universal apps and also the windows store app as it's immediately crash and disabler after I clicked the icon.
Steps taken :
1-i have followed some guides online to reset cash files for windows apps and store app which mainly used some command lines or PowerShell and finally noting solve my issue.
2-i have rested the laptop with the option which removed everything in the windows installed partition , this gives me a fresh new windows with same original issue which shouldn't be the case as this is a factory recovery which I expect to get like brand new laptop installation.
3- I have burned an windows ISO file which downloaded through windows media creator tool and that solver the issue.
the question and main issue. why factory reset is giving my a new windows which not functioning properly?
how can this be solved ?
if not why HP wasting that space on the SSD or HDD if it is not going to work and i have to install it manually and also download all the drivers and other staff??
