Hello,

 

My laptop has problem of OS booting.

Even recovery is not working.

I given it to service center for repair they told me to contact Customer care number for recory disk.

So, I called Customer care number 1800112267 but they told me to contact Service center.

Can any one suggest how can I solve it.

Hi,

 

You're machine is listed as shipping with Windows 8.1, so I assume you upgraded to Windows 10 - if that's correct, then you won't need to purchase Recovery Media then go through upgrading to 10 again.

 

As long as the previous installation of Windows 10 had activated Ok after the original upgrade from 8.1, you can just create Windows 10 Installation Media on another PC, then perform a clean installation as detailed in the guide on the following link.  Note: At the activation screen, select 'I don't have a Product key' - Windows will activate automatically once the installation has completed.
