I forgot the BIOS password for my HP MINI 110-1125NR. The halt code is CNU9475K3K

3rd letter lowercase L.

4th letter lowercase O.

7th letter lowercase Q.

Use that code to go into the BIOS.

Disable all passwords that are enabled.

If asked for the CURRENT password use that code.

If asked for NEW password just hit enter.

If asked to VERIFY password just hit enter.

Save and exit.

I cannot use my power up password any ideas ? Have been able to use it for nearly a month my phone was hacked and my PC would not work due to a change in the password I think my now ex boyfriend has changed my start up password he knew all my passwords it's been a nightmare can anyone help please

Thank you! But now I get "windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.." it gives me 3 options
