Pavilion 17 -f150nm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I have a HP Pavilion Notebook 17-f150nm and the problem with my computer is that it keeps freezing and crashing each day. This has been going on for about half a year and it occurs randomy no matter what I do. Either if im watching a movie, listening to music or dont do anything it just freezes and it does not unfreeze. Everytime this happens I have to restart my laptop nothing else helps... and when I turn it on I don't get any error message whatsoever.

Occasionally i get this "blue screen" thing.

It says: "Stop code: DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE"

Hi,

Tap away F2 key as soon as you power on notebook, do extensive system tests. Let it finish.
