Pavilion 17 -f150nm

Hello! 

I am new here 🙂 I have a HP Pavilion Notebook 17-f150nm and after instaling windows 10  in the device manager I see that i have a missing driver under "Other devices"... the missing driver is caled: "PCI Encryption Decryption Controller"... can anyone help me find this driver since i think it is the cause for ocasionaly freezing my laptop...

 

I also tried updating the graphics driver but i get the "this computer does not meet minimum requirements for installing this software"... any solution for this?

 

Please help since i have finals and I need my laptop 🙂

Try this : sp72043.exe

 

If that doest work then try this : sp72200.exe

Hello weinde,

 

You might require to install Chipset Drivers.

 

Please reply to this post with complete Model and Product Number of your Notebook

 

Click the below link for a guide on locating this information:

Provide the Hardware ID 

http://www.wikihow.com/Find-Hardware-ID

Would you please give me the corect chipset driver?

 

The complete Model and Product Number of my laptop is:

Model: 17-f150nm

Product number: K1Q23EA#BED

 

Which Hardaware ID am I suposed to provide?
