I've recently shipped my laptop to the HP Service Center and it arrived yesterday and my when I check for a update and it still says "awaiting customer action" but UPS says its delivered. This address was given by HP customer support and I m very worried about my laptop.

It is sometimes the case that what you see in status updates are behind (not current) to the actual situation.  Assuming the notebook arrived at the HP repair center, then the paperwork (your update information) may be just out-of-date.

 

If you are concerned about when HP received your computer at the Repair Depot:

 

Get your case number in hand, and call HP Technical Support to ask for information regarding status of your notebook. 

 

When you see a Post that helps you,

Inspires you, provides fresh insight,

Or teaches you something new,

Click the "Thumbs Up" on that Post.
