Product: HP Stream Notebook - 11-r000na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

On my HP stream laptop I have got a blue screen - I tried as instructed online to reset it but when it got to the actual reset point it wouldn't go any further as it said there was not enough space to complete it!! 

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Can you bypass it by pressing f8 safe mode option will that load?
