The power adapter will work in the 50-60 Hz and 90-230Vac range. The electrical system will not be a problem, but you may have to find a wall connector plug that matches where you are going to live.
When I go to the USA to visit, I have to bring a power connector cable to use with my laptop's power adapter.
No one can say whether or not you will have some other problem with a device that could be either self-inflicted by yourself or a manufacturer defect.
The warranty will take care of the problems that are not customer induced.
You should check to ensure that the warranty is transferrable to Camada.
