Hi,

I have just run Windows 10 Update and all went OK.

I then had HP Support Assistant notify me that there were New HP Updates to install which I did, but now I keep getting HPSA telling me that these updatesstill need to be Downloaded and Installed again and again.

Has anyone else had this and if so is there a fix for this problem.

Regards,

                      Mike

Personally, I don't trust HPSA on my Win10-upgraded PCs, so I have removed it.

My guess is that the Upgrade retained the old version of HPSA, and what MIGHT fix this is removing that and replacing it with a new version from here:  HP Support Assistant | HP® Official Site

If that doesn't fix it, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try: HP PCs - Troubleshooting HP Support Assistant (Windows 10, 😎 | HP® Customer Support

Good Luck
