Hard drive crashed, just want to know if HP replaces my hard drive if they have a service to attempt recovering files from the crashed drive and placing them onto the new hard drive.

Thanks

It depends on whether your HP warranty is still valid.

Probably not.  They may have a list of "data recovery" companies that specialize in disassembling disk-drives, in a "clean room" environment, replacing parts, and reassembling the disk-drive, to make it last just long-enough to copy all the files to a brand-new disk-drive.  Expensive, of course.
