Okay so i updated to windows 10 and my tablet froze i did volume down and power but my screen doesnt let me click on f11 and when i try and do a regular start up it just stays on the hp logo someone please help me its basically just a brick right now i unplugged the batter as well idk how to get to the hard drive plug

I recommend you to contact phone support and they will assist you ordering the recovery media for your computer.

 

Follow below steps to contact phone support.

 

Step 1. Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number

Thanks for the help by the looks of it im going to have to go with the HP USB recovery option is there anyway i can obtain one for low lost or free i bought the tablet off craigslist and i dont want to spend that much money on it:/ please help
