Hello, in my computer 1 month ago I was using windows 8.1 and then this computer started to return to default (empty desktop like computer is formatted) and to delete all my files from Disc C.... i thought that there was virus and i formatted it and installed windows 10 anniversary..... at the same time the same operating system was used in another computer and no problems found in that computer and working properly (it means the same operating system worked in another probook 450 g2 that is why i think that there is no problem with operating system ) ..... but approximately 1 week ago again my computer started to return its default case (there was nothing in desktop and all programs were deleted) now i do not know why it is happening and also when i start my PC,  "preparing windows" is written. Please help.... Thanks in advance
