PLEASE HELP 

When turning on notebook, a black screen with message comes up.

So when I hit F2 this only thing that comes up on

 

HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC UEFI is : 

Memory Test 

Storage Tests 

Language 

Exit 

 

(PLEASE HELP)

this all started because I was unable to log in to system. Was getting error message about ( Pin not working )
