I have a ProBook 4530s with Windows 7 Pro. I would like to restore it back to factory defaults.

There is no recovery partition nor any F11 BIOS option to restore.

Also there is no Recovery Manager software installed.

Can I get a Recovery Kit for my ProBook directly from HP?

I have not been able to find one for my model on HP.com.

According to the documentation I found I should have been able to order a recovery kit from the following website.

http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5060881&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4059

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi:

If you live in the USA/Canada, call HP at the below number and request a set of recovery disks.

Have the serial number of the PC handy to give to the customer services rep.
