I needed bios software for 

  • HP Pavilion dv7-1243cl Entertainment Notebook PC. Also laptop screen won't turn on. 
  • Can someone please help

The BIOS files were written to be run in Windows, so unless you can connect the PC to a monitor (assuming it is working), you won't be able to use the BIOS software.

 

Here is the link to the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook.

 

It was written to be run on Windows Vista or Windows 7.

If you can't get an image on an external monitor, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to help you with that.
