Hi, please I need to rtsore my notebookat factory settings. More years ago I restored from hp programm Manage devices, but I didn't found anymore in my pc.
This is missing program https://support.hp.com/doc-images/928/c01892854.gif
I tried to start restore with command F11, but it doesn't start, pc will restart it.
How can I restore as new my pc without Windows 7 disk? I need only to restore at factory settings, thanks.

Hi,
Factory reset cannot be done without HP recovery discs in your case as it seems that built in recovery partition has been corrupted or deleted. If you desire, try 3rd party online sellers like restoredisks or computersurgeons. HP will not be stocking recovery media for machines more than 3 years old.
Only other alternative I know of is to clean install Windows 7 if your notebook came with Windows 7 from factory and you can clearly read all 25 characters of product activation key from COA sticker on there back of your laptop

Microsoft retail ISO will not work for you.
