Product: Notebook 2000

I have a password on my computer but I change the password and forgot it. I tried resetting the password on outlook but it was no help.

Hi,


Have you upgraded to Windows 10 previously?

If so, HP Recovery partition may not work most of the times.

 

Please use HP Recovery USB that you should've created after first setup of this notebook, to factory reset.

Else you may have to order HP Recovery USB from HP support directly or do a clean Install of Windows 10 Home using Microsoft windows media creation tool
