Watch the following tutorial video to learn how to dual boot Ubuntu and Windows 10.

Don't forget to make your recovery media first!  🙂

BEFORE you start down that long and difficult road ... look in Device Manager to see if you have two video device listed -- an Intel and nVidia.

If you DO, that means your PC has something known as Switchable Graphics -- and that requires SPECIAL drivers that are only available from HP and only run in MS Windows.

IF you force the installation of a Linux distro, you will then encounter serious display problems as Linux does not have the drivers you need.

My laptop is only having Intel HD Graphics.

But my concern is, how to dual boot in UEFI mode? Also How to partition the disk without removing the OEM OS.

The video explains how to install the OS alongside Windows. Haven't you watched it?

To install Ubuntu in UEFI mode you have to create a UEFI USB installer instead of a legacy MBR installer.

Rufus is one of the best utilities to do that with. Use Rufus  instead of the Pendrive usb installer that is used in the video.

I watched that video and it didn't explains about UEFI mode. I am confused about that only. I want the OEM OS and partitions after dual boot..

You really should be contacting the Ubuntu forums about installing their distro -- as those folks have a lot of first-hand experience with the new UEFI machines: Ubuntu Forums

Here's a forum post about UEFI installation difficulties: UEFI Installing - Tips

You will have the OS, the required Windows and its UEFI partitions and additional Linux style partitions after installing.

You say you watched the video, but I suggest watching it again.

If you want to know more about the GPT style volumes and the requirements for Windows and Ubuntu under UEFI, then it is time for you to do a bit of reading. None of the knowlege that people posess came without that.
