How do i fix fatal error cooooo34 applying update operation 35 of 50962 on my hp 15 notebook laptop windows 8.1 64 bit cant open anything please help and i dont have recovery cd did not get a cd when i buy my laptop

Tap away F2 key as soon as you power on laptop, perform extensive hard drive and memory tests

Let it finish. Let me know the results
