Product: Envy 2x
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I set up a bios pasword and enabled the hardware virtualization then when the computer restarted the password would not work. The error code is: 9978624. Thanks for your help!

Recheck your halt code.

 

It should be 8 digits.
