HP Recommended

Windows 10 is screwed up, no mouse, & can't use laptop at all. Tried to change bios boot order but I can't, it won't start with bootable DVD & Windows 8.1 or 10.

I don't kno what to do. There is no menu like the one shown on the hp site so I can't force the laptop to boot from dvd

Please, anyone help me?
