Can u recommend me which Microsoft software need in my notebook(that come with my notebook)?

You are most welcome ! 🙂  If you consider the issue solved, please mark the thread/post as solved (solution) to help others who may use the search function in the forum.

With regards to the recommended software - would you elaborate, please ?

You want software to install now

or

You want to remove preinstalled MS apps ?

Basically, when you perform clean installation of the FPP version you get all the default Windows app and nothing more. So, pretty much nothing to uninstall. If you want to install something, may be you need a 3rd party antivirus/security products, Microsoft Office, archiving program like WinRAR/WinZip, 7-zip, etc....

Please, elaborate and I will post details.

Hello @Dipupaul

Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting !

I am not sure what you mean by "fake Win 10 Home" but original Windows ISO images can be downloaded from Microsoft web site here >> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

including Single Langauge edition

When did you upgrade to Windows 10 - was it with the free upgrade campaign when Microsoft offered free W10 for about a year ? If you previously performed upgrade from Win 8 to Win 10 on this very same computer and if you used Win 10 for a while and if Windows 10 was activated (it's licence was activated), then your computer has a Digital entitlement option stored on Microsoft servers. Because of this, you no longer need a code/lic key to activate Windows if you need to reinstall it.

With regards to Windows 8.1 recovery media :  I suspect HP no longer has recovery media for Windows 8.1

Which is the operating system that you prefer and want to use - 8.1 or 10  ?

If you want HP recovery media for 8.1 - you can try either of the options:

- contact HP and ask > https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/

- try these 3rd party companies > US/AMS > http://www.computersurgeons.com/default.aspx

or  > EU/EMEA > http://www.best2serve.com/page/rcd_landing

Looking forward to your update

It remains unclear to me if you performed an upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8

or

it was just new clean installation of Windows 10 (clean installation means you removed everything from your HDD or partition and installed fresh Windows 10 only)

Was Windows 10 activated successfully before ?

If you performed an upgrade and if it was for free during the MS free upgrade compaign, you should be able to re-use Win 10 now.

If you performed clean installation, you will need your activation key again to re-activate Windows  or  you might re-activate it if

Since you previously performed upgrade from Win 8 to Win 10 on this very same computer and if you used Win 10 for a while and if Windows 10 was activated (it's licence was activated), then your computer has a Digital entitlement option stored on Microsoft servers. Because of this, you no longer need a code/lic key to activate Windows if you need to reinstall it.  More info:

You can directly download Windows 10 ISO from MS site or download Media creation tool from Microsoft site, create installation DVD or installation USB  and  proceed with clean installation/reinstallation.

Download:

When download completes, you will need to write or "burn" the ISO image and boot from a bootable media.

** How to create bootable ISO on USB device >> http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows

or

** How to write ISO to DVD >> http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/burn-a-dvd-on-windows

When ready with the USB drive or with the DVD:

* Ensure Secure Boot is disabled.

* Ensure Legacy mode is enabled.

* Save the UEFI/BIOS changes.

Details>> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03653226

Eventually, please, shutdown the computer using the power button.

Insert the Windows USB thumdrive or the DVD prepared previously

Power  on the PC.

As soon as you press the power-on button, keep hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).

This should open a HP Startup Menu

Choose F9 to open Boot options. Select the thumb drive or the DVD as a boot option.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 10

Install drivers taken from HP web site when Win installation completes or via Windows Update/Device Manager >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03330139

Now my notebook running Windows home not genuine Windows.if i download Windows 10 from Microsoft & install it not ask product key to active?
HP Recommended

Let me clarify.

It is 100% sure you will have to activate Windows (10). During the installation of Windows (method above), you may be asked for a product key but this can be skipped.

There are several ways to activate Windows 10 - in your case specifically - and it depends on the way it was activated initially. Here they are:

1) No code - no key - just Digital entitlement  - if you previously performed upgrade from Win 8 to Win 10 on this very same computer, if Windows 8 was activated fine and if you used Win 10 for a while, and if Windows 10 was activated eventually (it's licence was activated), then your computer has a Digital entitlement option stored on Microsoft servers. Because of this, you will no longer need a code/lic key to activate Windows if you need to reinstall it.  It will activate itself without you entering any key - it will connect online and detect your PC hardware.  More info:

2)  Use of key - if Windows 10 was activated initially with a Microsoft licensing key, you will need to enter this key again and re-activate this Windows using the key again. Only retail type of keys are accepted, aka retail licenses - not OEM/DSP types.

3) Activation using Microsoft account - Digital license - starting with Anniversary update built from last year, if you used MS account to login to the PC and if you enabled a special option, you no longer need a license key to activate your Windows - just login and use your Microsoft account - here is more info >> http://www.windowscentral.com/how-re-activate-windows-10-after-hardware-change

Based on your specific case scenario, you need to active Windows your method.
