Any error messages you get while doing factory reset?

Did you try tapping f11 key as soon as you power on laptop, and continue with factory reset there?

Hi,

Tap away F2 key as soon as you power on laptop, perform extensive hard drive and memory tests. Let me know the results.

Have you created HP Recovery USB using HP Recovery Manager after first setup of this notebook?
