My hp stream after 12 months became so slow it was untrue, so today i decided to system reboot. Big big mistake, i F11 and went through factory reset and it began to do its thing, however it got to 54% and failed message came up, tried again, 54% failed....now i cannot do anything except try again, none of the other recovery options work either....Help please!!

If restoring from the recovery partition using the F11 option is not working, you can recover by booting from the recovery USB.  If you did not create this previously, one can be ordered from HP.  Also, if the tablet was running Windows 10 previously, you can download the Windows 10 install USB image from Microsoft and perform a fresh installation.

Downloading the image from Microsoft onto a USB stick worked a treat, many thanks and Merry Christmas.
