Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Sorry, but HP does not keep any records of individual product keys associated with individual PCs. So, there is no way to obtain this information from HP.
IF your PC is still working, however, you can retrieve the product key using this utility: https://github.com/Superfly-Inc/ShowKeyPlus/releases/download/ShowKeyPlus6125/ShowKeyPlus.zip
