I performed recovery using recovery disks and it failed .In details it is stating P2PP BurnBoot failed.
What should I do ?

Hello,

 

Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum. Welcome !

 

 

1. Please, shutdown the computer using the power button

2. Power it on.

2.1 As soon as you press the power-on button, immediately begin hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).

This should open a HP Startup Menu which may look similar to this one

 

3. Choose F10 to open BIOS setup

 

4. Navigate through the options and reset the BIOS to default settings

and revert the BIOS time to something like an year before now or to 2012 or 2010.

5. Save the changes and exit.

 

6. Repeat the steps above, choose F9 to boot from the recovery media and hopefully it will work
