Hi,
Please tap away F2 or ESC key as soon as you power on laptop, perform extensive hard drive and memory tests. Wait for it to finish
Let me know the results
What is the full model name, product number of your laptop?
Have you already created HP Recovery USB using HP Recovery Manager after first setup of this notebook?
Regards
Visruth

Create a bootable Windows 10 installation USB, using Microsoft windows media creation tool.
Then do repair install using this tutorial: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html
